I found LakeCook Appliance Repair through a Google search when I needed water heater repair at my home in Arlington Heights, IL. Glad I called them. My Rheem unit had been giving us lukewarm water one day, cold the next, and then a little leaking around the base. Not great. The technician showed up on time, got right to it, and explained the issue in a normal way. No runaround. He checked the heating elements, thermostat, and a couple other parts, then handled the water heater repair the same visit. You can tell he does this all the time. Fast, clean, professional. What I liked was how straightforward everything felt. The price was explained before the work started, and the repair area was left clean after. Since the visit, the hot water has been back to normal and the system’s been running the way it should. That’s really all I wanted. If anyone around Arlington Heights needs water heater repair, I’d recommend LakeCook Appliance Repair. They were easy to reach, actually showed up when they said they would, and fixed the problem without making it into a whole production. Solid local company. I’d use them again for water heater repair or any other appliance issue, no problem.
