My wine cooler had been running warm for a couple days, then started making this odd buzzing noise and the temperature kept drifting. Not great when you’ve got bottles you actually care about. The tech showed up on time, got right to it, and didn’t waste half the visit talking in circles. He checked the fan, thermostat, and seals, then explained the issue in a normal way. Turned out the cooling side wasn’t working like it should and a part needed to be replaced. He had it handled pretty fast. After the repair, the unit cooled back down and the noise was gone.
